This website has been designed to facilitate communication between the residents, the Thornwood Board of Directors and Management, as well as to allow residents an effective means of obtaining information about the neighborhood and the community.
This site contains public pages and private pages. Since the private pages contain confidential information, as well as account information, they require you to sign on. If this is your first visit, please register to obtain a user name and password. How much are the assessment fees and when are they due?
The master association assessment fees are due quarterly on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st. Payments are considered to be late if they arrive after the 15th of the month they are due. Single family homeowners pay $117.50 per quarter. Condo owners pay $94 per quarter.
Who do I call if there is an emergency?
Contact the On-site Homeowner Service Representative at 847-289-5251. If you cannot reach the HSR, please contact the management office at 847-428-7140. If you are unable to reach a live person, hang up, re-call the management office and press 3 to be connected to the On-Call HSR.
